If so, Lacrosse Strength would like to welcome you to our Lacrosse Speed Clinics.

You will learn the latest ground-breaking techniques to enhance your movement skills and move with greater speed and agility.

Each clinic will require you to bring your stick. You will focus on cradling and checking while you perform your drills.

Clinics:

Intro to Speed - New Jersey Pride Clinic :

The Intro to Speed clinic is a two-hour clinic for Lacrosse players aged 10-13. It will be held from 3-5pm on Saturday July 21, just prior to the New Jersey Pride game vs. the Long Island Lizards. It will be held on the practice field next to Yurcak field on the campus of Rutgers University. This clinic is devised to introduce you to the drills required to improve your speed, footwork, agility, coordination, and reduce injury. You will learn the components of a proper warm-up, acceleration drills, change of direction and dodging, and finally, how to maintain top speed.
Cost: $47

Each participant will recieve a free ticket to the game and remember to bring your stick!


Advanced Speed:

The Advanced Speed clinic will reinforce the drills learned in Intro to Speed and build upon them by adding more challenging, neurologically advanced drills. You will also learn how strength training can be utilized in your speed program to produce even greater gains.

Summer Speed Camp:

The Summer Speed Camp is a four-week camp that will me twice per week. This camp will give you the maximum amount of instruction and will utilize the weight room as well as field drills. You will be tested before and after and use the most effective speed training equipment.
